The Santa Monica Rugby Club is made up of men, women, boys and girls who live in the greater metropolitan Los Angeles area, with most of the Club's players living in the beach cities of Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey; on the Westside; in the San Fernando Valley; and in the South Bay.
The Santa Monica men's side were national club champions in 2006 and 2005, and made their Super League debut in 2007.
The women's side, getting ready to begin its fourth full season, is a force to be reckoned with in Southern California.
And if you want to be the best, you have to play the best. The men's teams compete in the two most competitive conferences in the U.S.

Every aspect of the Club has grown in the past few years with most notably the addition of youth rugby in the summer and schools rugby in spring. Age groups range from U-8 non-contact to high school age tackle for boys and girls.
In 2008, the U14 boys team won the Southern California Youth Rugby championship, while the U19 boys placed 3rd in the conference. For more information on the youth programs, click here.
