From the North: Take the 405 South to Los Angeles. Just before the 10 freeway to Santa Monica, exit Olympic/Pico Blvd. Turn left on Sawtelle going south. Drive .75 miles. The fields are at the corner of National and Sawtelle.

From the South: Take the 405 North to Los Angeles. Just before the 10 freeway to Santa Monica, exit National Blvd. Turn left on National Blvd. Drive .25 miles to the corner of Sawtelle and National.

This is a great new field for us -- one with thick grass and lots of it. It also has a lot more room than Mark Twain (or Orville Wright) and allows us the luxury of hosting tournaments like this Saturday's youth matches -- we'll have 4 regulation fields going at the same time.

We would like to keep our new relationship with Webster and you can help:

• PARKING
  There are other groups that use the school on Saturdays that park on the playground/blacktop adjacent to the field. So PLEASE PARK ON THE STREET. There is lots of on-street parking on Sawtelle, Graham, and Butler, with multiple gates you can walk through to get onto campus.
  
  
• NO DOGS
  This is a strict LAUSD rule which has seen only loose adherence at other campuses. The Webster principal has been very accommodating in helping our transition onto their field. She specifically mentioned that dogs on campus will result in termination of our permit. PLEASE NO DOGS!
  
  
• NO ALCOHOL
  Again, there are other groups -- including students -- on-campus during the day on Saturday. There are also random police visits. The Club will be on public display, so please leave the beer coolers at home. Wait until we get to O'Brien's for the after-match party.

Finally, remember that young members of the Santa Monica rugby family will be in attendance — including members of our Youth Rugby team — so please set a good example by being good sports and good fans.
