Practice

We always welcome all new players; bring cleats, running shoes, mouthguard and water. Trainings are open to anyone and the Club has activities going on six days a week. Below schedule subject to change.

-Monday, 7:00pm, Strength & Conditioning*: Focus/Crossfit (Washington @ Robertson)

-Tuesday, 6:00pm, Touch on the Beach: Tower 27 (Ocean Park @ Barnard Way)

-Wednesday, 7:00pm, Strength & Conditioning: Focus/Crossfit (Washington @ Robertson)

-Thursday, 6:00pm, Touch on the Beach: Tower 27 (Ocean Park @ Barnard Way).

-Saturday, 11:30am, Strength & Conditioning: Focus/Crossfit (Washington @ Robertson)

-Sunday, 10:30am, Touch on the Beach: Tower 27 (Ocean Park @ Barnard Way).

* Weight Training (optional for players - attendees need to join the gym and contribute to trainer’s fees)
