Dolphins fightback falls short

Santa Monica 31 v 42 Glendale

The Raptors locked in first place during the regular season with a 42-31 road win over Santa Monica. Christian Weissing got the Raptors on the board just minutes in with a try that Mike Graham would convert. Santa Monica would respond with a try of their own to make it 7-7. However, two tries from Chad London, who extended his lead at the top of the PRP try scoring charts, gave the Raptors a 21-7 lead at the half.

The second half saw Santa Monica come back with two tries of their own, including one off a stolen lineout to make it 21-19. Zach Fenoglio would then score for Glendale before Santa Monica came right back. However, two missed conversions meant they were down by four. Preston Bryant would then trade tries with a Santa Monica player before Spencer Scott scored the final try.
