In only their third season, these outstanding women have become an integral part of the Club, becoming close friends with the men's team, as well as contributing to all facets of the organization including the youth program and community events.
The team has grown to include 30 women on the active roster. More join each week as the team's reputation for camraderie, great social atmosphere and tough rugby training reaches more of the Los Angeles sporting community.
SMRC women look to succeed with a winning attitude and attention to fundamental rugby. Unified by the strong bond that is the Santa Monica family, we look to integrate new players and transplanted veterans to produce winning rugby. We are always looking for more players, rookies or experienced, to join up for the 15's season. All sizes, shapes and abilities welcome!
