Important Fall Dates

Below, please find a list of some upcoming important dates on the Club’s calendar:

• Saturday, September 17: Poker Tournament, 1:00pm, O’Briens
• Saturday, October 28: Halloween Party, Moose Lodge 702 in Santa Monica
• Monday, October 31: First Practice, 7:45pm, Santa Monica College
• Friday, November 4: International Friendly vs. Petersham, 6:00pm, Santa Monica College
• Friday, November 11: Golf Tournament, Westchester Golf Course
• Saturday, December 10: Santa Monica 10s Tournament (XmasXs), 9am, Webster Middle School

For the Fall, mens rugby, women’s rugby and U-19’s will train at Santa Monica College on Monday nights from 7:45-9:15pm and Wednesdays from 8:30-10:00pm.

We feel extremely lucky to have secured SMC as our training ground and hope to maintain the relationship throughout the Southern California rugby season and going forward.

We will use the Petersham match to test the idea of playing our home matches at the College. Given that we host a friendly in our first week back from the off-season, we may push the start date ahead a week or two; stay tuned for that announcement.
