RIP Zach Schwartz

The Santa Monica Rugby Club sadly announces that SMRC Old Boy Zach Schwartz passed away today due to injuries he suffered from a motorcycle accident that occurred over the weekend.  We are truly saddened by the loss of our brother and pass on our condolences to his family.

Fellow SMRC Old Boy Ray LaVoie put it best: “They say rugby’s the game they play in heaven – so may it be all soft grass, clean ball, and clear paths to the tryline for him now.   Prayers and sympathies to the family.”
