U8’s Go Undefeated in Fullerton

Santa Monica Rugby Club’s U8 team went undefeated to decisively win the in the Jan 26th Fullerton Youth Tournament.

With attacking and well coordinated defense, along with fluid passing, the Dolphins scored a total of 16 tries in 5 games and only allowed one in the finals. In the words of Stu, “it was a soft try!”

The boys played impressive team rugby and represented the premier CA club very well. SMRC are very proud of our boys, who by learning the game like this and at his age, will certainly be wearing the our nations colors in the future.
